SONA is a niche luxury fragrance brand concept built at the intersection of olfactory storytelling, personalization, and transparency.
 The project was developed in response to shifting consumer behavior within fragrance, particularly among Millennial and Gen Z consumers seeking more emotionally resonant, personalized, and ethically conscious luxury experiences.

The strategy was informed by market research surrounding fragrance personalization, biotech innovation, neuroscents, sustainability, and the growing shift away from traditional “signature scents” toward fragrance wardrobing and scent collecting. The project explored how luxury fragrance could move beyond product ownership into identity, memory, and self-expression.

BRAND & STRATEGY
Developed full brand architecture, including mission, vision, value proposition, consumer profiling, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Created three original fragrance concepts from initial narrative and positioning through full olfactive note structure.

PERSONALIZATION
Developed a GenAI-powered scent quiz, virtual consultation model, and bespoke fragrance service designed to translate personal identity, memories, and emotional preferences into custom scent experiences.

PACKAGING & PRODUCT DESIGN
Designed and 3D-printed a refillable fragrance bottle concept supported by recyclable packaging and transparency-focused product design.

CAMPAIGN & CREATIVE DIRECTION
Produced original photo and video campaign assets under the concept “Stories of Scent,” centered around emotional storytelling and sensory identity.

EDITORIAL & VISUAL WORLD-BUILDING
Designed a full editorial brand book featuring campaign imagery, product storytelling, visual identity, and brand narrative in a coffee table book format.
